This month PRIDE will resume taking applications for the Homeowner Septic System Grant Program.  Please note, the Homeowner SSG Program is for individual low-income homeowners to hook on to an existing treatment line or to replace a failing septic system or straight pipe.  The grant program is not for new/unoccupied homes.  The homeowner must provide a current copy of an electric bill (showing the physical address) as well as proof of income.  The homeowner must meet 50% HUD income guidelines.
