The Letcher County Chamber of Commerce is a voluntary, non-profit organization of businesses and professionals in Letcher County.  This organization works to improve the economic conditions of Letcher County.

It is the goal of the Chamber directors and its members to encourage cooperation and participation of business leaders, county officials, and local citizens to work together to improve the business environment and quality lifestyle in Letcher County.

The Chamber of Commerce meets the second Wednesday of every month at 12:00 noon at the Courthouse Cafe in Whitesburg.
